Specie abbastanza comune in tutto il Salento. E' possibile osservarla in ambienti coralligeni, sciafili dove è intenta a mangiare Bryozoa e deporvi nastri ovigeri. Discreta varibilità che come si vede dagli esemplari fotografati varia tra i giallo ocra-arancio al giallo chiaro.
Quite common species throughout the Salento peninsula. It is possible to observe it in coralligenous, sciaphilous environments where it is intent on eating Bryozoa and laying ovigerous ribbons there.
